The How-To Conference historically attracts a wide variety of key decision makers from around the Baltimore-Washington, DC region. Attendees participate in informational workshops focused on topics relating to helping small, minority and disadvantaged businesses enhance their chances to win commercial and government contracts.

Attendees receive a Conference Networking Journal (8-1/2 x 11-inches), which will contain program information, resources for year-round reference, note-taking space, and advertisements.
