The How-To Conference (HTC) website, comprised of various pages, is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Registration
When registering for the conference, please verify all information before clicking on the Submit button or mailing the registration form. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call (301) 218-1065 for assistance, Monday – Friday between 9 am to 5 pm or email info@howtoconference.com any time. Admission to the conference is based on one person per registration.
Refunds
Written cancellation requests for advance purchases will receive a 50% refund up to 30 days prior to the event. A check will be issued within 7-10 business days. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event. Absolutely no refunds for no shows. All sales are considered final – no exceptions.
Limitation of Liability
Neither The How-To Conference staff, contractors, suppliers, or affiliates make any warranty, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, services and fitness for a particular purpose, or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed, or represent that its use would not infringe privately owned rights.
